LONDON (FULLY OFFICE BASED)
UP TO £40,000 + £72,000 OTE + EXCELLENT BENEFITS + REGULAR INCENTIVES INCLUDING MULTIPLE HOLIDAYS EACH YEAR
THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due tocontinued expansion they are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join the sales team and work with household brands to bring them innovative products and services.
As a Business Development Executive you will join the highly successful sales team and benefit from a fantastic commission package with OTE of £3.5K a month on top of basic salary, fantasticincentives such as 2 company holidays a year, weekly and daily cash/prize incentives and much more!

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Using a targeted approach, identify and target clients who are best suited to the solutions
* Identifying the relevant decision makers and introducing the VR packages
* Building a sales pipeline and managing your opportunities
* Contacting senior decision makers within some of the worlds largest organisations
* Manage the sales cycle end to end from identifying prospects through the negotiation and closing sales including onboarding
THE PERSON:
* An individual who is an experienced Business Development Executive / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager / Telesales Executive / Lead Generator / Sales Development Representative / Account Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Representative / Sales Advisor
* Proven track record of targeting and acquiring clients
* Ability to hit and exceed targets
* Commercially minded individual who has a consultative selling style
* Great communicator who is able to build relationships at all levels
* Highly computer literate
* Driven and hungry to succeed within a fast-paced business with large deal values
