BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
TAMWORTH (SOME WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE)
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively supporting a multi-disciplinary professional services firm in Tamworth who due to significant growth is now seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join in this newly created position.
Working closely with the Directors, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process from sourcing opportunities, pitching, negotiating terms, closing business and creating long term profitable relationships.
The Business Development Managerrole requires an individual who has experience in the professional services/technical services space (including Legal, Engineering, Accountancy, Construction), any knowledge of marketing would be great as you'll work closely with the marketing team to launch round table networking style events to drive new opportunities.

THE PACKAGE:
* £45,000 to £55,000 Base salary, plus bonus

THE PERSON:
* We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager from any of the following industry sectors; ProfessionalServices/Technical Services, Legal, Engineering, Accountancy, Construction
* You'll need to have experience selling consultancy services, rather than product sales
* Experience of the full sales cycle including face to face meetings
* High levels ofdrive, tenacity and strong organisational skills
* Strong communicator and able to build long lasting relationships
