LONDON
HYBRID - 2 DAYS FROM HOME3 DAYS OFFICE BASED
£30,000 to £35,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf ofleading and highly successful business who is looking to expand their team due to the continued success of the company.
As aBusiness Development Executive you will be reporting to the Head of Sales who will involve you in the execution of commercial strategy to enable you to engage and build long lasting relationships with customers. Their typical customers are more like partnerships, as a result, you'll be involved in a mixture of account management and by taking a soft approach to sales by taking a more service led approach.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly ambitious individual who is keen to grow with the company.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Responsible for the Account management, which are effectively partnershipstyle customers
* Assisting with any enquiries or queries through multiple communication channels, maintaining regular and proactive engagement.
* Working through the referrer database, keeping details up to date while researching and growing the database.
* Identifying and creating new business opportunities through proactive calling of existing prospective business partnerships already in the database
* Be the key point of contact for referrers whilst providing them with support to resolve any problems which may arise, helping increase their level of engagement and pitching how services can benefit both them and their patients.
* Working closely with the wider team to help problem solve and find sustainable solutions.
THE PERSON:
* The successful candidate must have previous experience in Business to Business Sales or have worked within an Account Manager position* Experience building rapport and business relationships.
* Good negotiation and sales skills are essential.
* Whilst it's not essential, any Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
* A highly driven individual who is career focused and keento take promotional steps.
* Must have an interest in healthcare.
