BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
HOME/FIELD BASED
(COVERING SOUTH EAST /MIDLANDS REGIONS)
UP TO £35,000+ CAR + UNCAPPED COMMISSION OTE £50k+
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, driven, outgoing, professional and experienced Business Development Executive to join a thriving, stable and growing U.K. business.
This is a fantastic career move for an experienced Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive or Account manager within a commercial or B2B role, with face to face meeting experience, good rapport building, resourcefulness, creativity andcommunication skills.
This is a remote/field based opportunity covering existing and new UK accounts in the South of Englandwith occasion to travel north, so you should ideally be located in the Midlands with good access to travel routes.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Identify potential new markets and customer needs
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
* Promote the company's products/services* Attend trade shows to promote the brand and network
* Prepare orders ensuring adherence to agreed financials
* Keep records of sales, revenue, progress reports for the Management team updating KPI's regularly.
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Work with the marketing team with clients as required
THE PERSON:
* Business to Business Sales experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic, resourceful and professional approach
* Account Management Experience
* Excellent IT Literacy and MS Office skills
* Fluentin English, written and spoken
* A team player with strong communication and problem solving skills
* Develop and maintaingood solid business relationships with clients and able to work under pressure in different work situations.
* Proactive and seeks out new business and new opportunities
* Excellent Negotiation skills
* Full UK Driving licence is Essential.
You should have an understanding or background in the UK Retail Market as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Development Representative, Client Development Executive or Account manager.
