BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
HOME/FIELD BASED - CHESHIRE
UP TO £40,000 + CAR + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, driven, outgoing, professional and experienced Business Development Manager to join a thriving, stable and growing U.K. business.
This is a remote/field based opportunity covering existing and new UK accounts for a Cheshire based business, so you should ideally be located in the Cheshire region with goodaccess to travel routes and Full UK Driving Licence.
This is a fantastic career move for an experienced Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, BDM, Business Development Manager or Account Manager within a commercial or B2B role, with face toface meeting experience, good rapport building, resourcefulness, creativity and communication skills.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Identify potential new markets and customer needs
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
* Promote the company's products/services
* Attend trade shows to promote the brand and network
* Prepare orders ensuring adherence to agreed financials
* Keep records of sales, revenue, progress reports for the Management team updating KPI's regularly.
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Work with the marketing team with clients as requiredTHE PERSON:
* Business to Business Sales experience in an IT, Security or Communications business, etc
* Enthusiastic, resourceful and professional approach
* Account Management Experience
* Excellent IT Literacy and MS Office skills* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* A team player with strong communication and problem solving skills
* Proactive and seeks out new business and new opportunities
* You are a natural and easy communicator, driven, confident in your ability to build rapport and relationships with others.
* You are aiming high in life and are looking for a sales career that will reward you financially - matching your hard work and effort
* Excellent Negotiation skills
* Full UK Driving licence is Essential.
