Client Relationship Manager - Insurance, Insurance Brokeror Insurer Experience - Base Salary £50,000 - £60,000 Plus Incentive Scheme & Benefits - Remote Working
As an experienced Client Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Senior Account Manager within Insurer or InsuranceBroking environments, you will have the knowledge, gravitas & skills to develop strong & effective relationships with this company's Insurer, Insurance Broker & Insurance Price Comparison Clients.
This highly successful Insurance Softwarecorporate, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager who has the drive, skills & experience to build upon and further expandtheir relationships within specific Insurer, Broker & Price Comparison Clients who are already utilising their excellent Insurance Software solutions.
Building the relationships to become the trusted, Go-To representative of the company, the Relationship Manager will work to deliver financial performance against targets by generating new and increasing current revenue streams from those existing clients.
Responsibilities Include:
* Providing a positive company image for Clients.
* Generating increasingly high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer issues.
* Ensuring familiarity with new market initiatives & legislative changes in order to ensure that the company's Insurance Software solutions are at the forefront of future requirements.
* Driving and creating cross functional relationships with internal teams and business units, supporting the company's broader operational and financial strategy.
* Developing and maintaining effective customer relationshipswithin all nominated Accounts, maintaining regular contact to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Working closelywith the Senior Relationship Manager to ensure that customers are assisted and advised properly.
* Taking responsibility forthe day-to-day customer relationship, ensuring that both businesses are fully aligned, looking out for future opportunities to work closer and helping to resolve any service problems.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Good experienced within theInsurer or Insurance Broker industry, ideally within Relationship Management, Sales Management, New Business Sales or Sales Account Management
* Proven track record in managing Insurer or Insurance Broker customer relationships
* Holds a good understanding of Insurers business strategies and competitor activity
* Good commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of sales processes
* Have demonstrable experience of continually developing productive professional relationships with Customers and internal departments
* Inquisitive and analytical, comfortable with Insurer and product performance data
* Enjoysexcellent communication & people skills, able to be empathetic through well-developed interpersonal skills
* Good energy with the preference to regularly travel to Client sites to build better business relationships through face to face meetings andpresentations
* Has the ability to both maximise recurring revenues, together with identifying new business opportunities as they arise
