JUNIOR CONFERENCE PRODUCER
HORSHAM - HYBRID
UPTO £34,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITSWe are recruiting for an engineering and scientific organization dedicated to advancing innovation, research, and collaborationwithin the industry. As a Junior Conference Producer, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of the events and driving meaningful engagement among attendees.
THE ROLE:
* Conduct comprehensive research on emerging trends, breakthroughs, and key topics within the engineering and scientific fields.
* Identify and invite speakers, researchers, and industry leaders to participate in events.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations and sales.
* Writing blog content, speaker interview questions, marketing copy, and social media posts to engage target audience.
* Manage event timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure events run smoothly and according to schedule.
* Conduct post-event evaluations, collect feedback, and use insights to drive improvements for future conferences.
* Manage budget for speaker expenses.
* Stay updatedon the latest engineering and scientific advancements, industry publications, and competitor events to bring innovative ideas.THE PERSON:
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering and scientific concepts, with a genuine interest in the field.
* Exceptional research and analytical skills to identify relevant topics and industry trends.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with speakers, vendors, andattendees.
* Must have experience within a Junior Conference Producer, Conference Producer, Graduate Conference Producer, Events Manager, Researcher or similar role.
