Description:
Our client, a leader in Corporate Governance Solutions, is looking to hire a skilled Account Manager on a permanent basis in Limerick.
The role is offered as hybrid.
Your new role:
You will drive new corporate sales and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. With your interest in corporate governance and ESG issues, you will focus on supporting the organisation's revenue objectives for public company customers and maximizing customer success. You will have direct client responsibilities and will also liaise with team members to support public company engagement initiatives.
Your new responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell solutions to existing and prospective Corporate customers
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through email and cold calling
Meet and surpassmonthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Expedite the resolution of public company inquiries to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of sales and customer relationship best practices and general industry trends
Identify sales trends and opportunities to improve processes by analyzing internal and external data
Your skills & attributes:
Undergraduate degreeessential
5+ years relevant experience (strong New Business skills are essential)
Extensive experience in sales and ESG / corporate governance preferred
Must be fluent in English. Spanish, French, German or other language skills also highly desirable.Willingness to work autonomously to solve problems in a flat organization
Organized, efficient, accountable, and comfortablein a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot and CRM practices
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative internal relationships across organization, and external relationships with clients and partners
Excellent writing and communications skills
Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice suite
