LIVERPOOL (HYBRID WORKING)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're proud to be exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding business based in Liverpool who are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join their team. You'll be working with the Head of CRM to execute the CRM strategy, creating engaging email campaignsthat are in line with the brand.

THE CRM EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Creating content for email campaigns in line with the CRM calendar
* Setting up, scheduling and executing email campaigns
* Segmenting data and audiences to optimise campaign success
* Working with and briefing the in-house design team to create visual content for campaigns
* Ensuring the relevant products are promoted to customers
* Producingregular CRM reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
* Reviewing engagement of campaigns to continuously improve ROI* Conducting A/B testing to learn what methods and content achieve the best results, improve email templates and customer journeys
THE PERSON
* Experience in a CRM Executive, CRM Assistant, Campaign Manager Executive, Email Marketing Executive orsimilar role
* Confident to manage data
* Experience reporting using Excel and Google Analytics
* An excellent communicator who is able to build effective relationships internally and externally
