THE CRM MANAGER ROLE:
* Creating, implementing and delivering the CRM strategy
* Planning and execution of the email campaign activity and using push technology to drive brand awareness, traffic and revenue
* Collaborating with the key internal departmental stakeholders to definecontent and to ensure business wide goals are achieved
* Monitoring of campaign performance and ensuring key engagement goalsand ROI is achievement
* Implement effective A/B testing on sending, copy, audience etc.
* Conducting CRM customer segmentation and customer behaviour to ensure the success of future campaigns
* Researching and introducing new technologies and AI toimprove targeting
THE PERSON
* Experience in a CRM Manager or Head of CRM position (Or similar) is essential
* Strongexperience of producing and executing CRM Strategies
* Confident to report to board level executives
* An excellent communicator who is able to build effective relationships internally and externally
