This position will be based in our clients' fantastic Gibraltar offices where you will be using your experience ofworking with data sets, across a number of high profile international Gaming brands, to identify growth opportunities and assess the competition.

What you will be doing:

Deliver an operationally exceptional experience for customers who fall into the Customer Due Diligence journey.
*
Operational management of a24 x 7 team of Customer Due Diligence Analysts.
*
Optimising resources to handle workload of inbound & outbound Customer Due Diligence contacts & back-office investigations.
*
Line management of local Customer Due Diligence Team Leaders.
*
Data-driven decision making on how best to deploy the Customer Due Diligence workforce.
*
Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and employee performance though an effective Quality Assurance program.
*
Point of escalation for 1st level complaints relating to Customer Due Diligence.
*
Key decision maker on complex Customer Due Diligence cases.
*
Driving the department to achieve or exceed agreed Service Level Agreements and Key
*
Performance Indicator targets.
*
Work closely and collaboratively with all UK Operational teams to deliver a joined-up, world class experience forcustomers.
*
Ability to produce suggestions/improvements on how the team can operate more efficiently and assist in the execution of those improvements.
*
Ensure that the Customer Due Diligence team are meeting regulatory &
*
business requirements by operating within the framework set out in Social
*
Responsibility & Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.
*
Reporting of activity, drawing out key insights/trends and managing actions following review of daily/monthly performance.
