CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
YORKUP TO £22,000 + COMMISSION + PROGRESSION + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are supporting an expanding company who, due to continued growth, are looking for a experienced Customer Service Advisor with strong communication skills to join their established team.
Working alongside the Business Development Manager to handle enquiries generated from Marketing campaigns and other sources, building excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
* Responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients
* Building strong long-term relationships
* Keeping in regular contact withclients by telephone and email
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system
* Cross selling and upselling additional productsand services
* Give details of all additional products, services and promotions
* Handling enquiries from marketing campaigns, website and google
* Working to and exceeding targets
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
* Experience within a Sales Executive, Telesales, Business Development or Account Management is essential
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent customer service/ careskills
* Competent in MS packages and CRM systems advantageous
