CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
MIDDLEWICH - HYBRID
UPTO £28,000 + BONUS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacture business who are known for delivering high quality products. As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service, answering calls and responding to customer enquiriesvia email. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes within the manufacturing sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales or similar role.
THE ROLE:
* Manage existing accounts, maintain relationship with key contacts.
* Stay up to date with new product launches, product specifications and product information.
* Maintaining and updating the company database.
* Answer phone calls when needs be to assist with any customer enquiries.
* Responding to customerenquiries via email.
* Daily processing of orders.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience within a Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Internal Sales Executive orsimilar role.
* Experience working in a B2B environment is preferable.
* General interest in manufacturing is a bonus.
* Agood telephone manner is a must and should be comfortable and confident answering calls and dealing with customer queries.
*Superb Microsoft Office skills and great typing skills.
