A leading organisation within the MSP marketis actively looking to recruit a commercially-astute Customer Success Managerto join their expanding sales team. As this is a new role you will be expected to cover the UK but based in the South, ideally in or around the London area.
The successful Customer Success Manager will be self-motivated, driven and hungry for success with a proactive approach to sales. You will have a demonstrable track record of winning new business both in existing and new accounts. Strong ability to build relationships is a necessity for this role.
Customer Success Manager Job Purpose
* To achieve and ideally exceed target sales volume and margins through the furthering of existing key relationships within the company's existing portfolio
* To build and enhance clientrelationships and maintain close communications with them
* Drive the long-term strategies of the vendor in alignment with the business and client strategies
Responsibilities
* End-to end engagement with relevant Clients
* Proactively identifyupsell opportunities
* Maintain and grow your pipeline with the ability to accurately forecast
* Engage regularly with the internal teams
* Develop strategies and activities between the business and vendor
What's on Offer
A basic salary of £50,000-£60,000 (OTE £60-70K)
