Overview
The Customer Success Unit ensures customers get the best outcomes from their investments in the latest cloud technologies and drive impact against their business goals faster and more reliably. The CSUfocus on empowering customers on their digital journey, through strong customer relationships leveraging the power of cloud solutions and support offerings that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer experience.

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical business role supporting the CSU leadership on strategic, operational, and coaching insights to achieve their business results and deliver value from products and services for Customer and Partners. You will partner closely with and enable CSU leadership by establishing & driving the Unified rhythm of the business, providing business insights and intelligence on current and predicted performance against KPIs to inform business decisions, coaching CSU managers on the fundamentals of Unified delivery execution and reporting, and by being a key contributor in planning and enablement initiatives for the segment. Responsibilities
* Business Partnership and Support - You will partner with the Customer Success Leadership to drive a consistent Rhythm of the Business (RoB) aligned to Unified Consumed Revenue and delivery performance and opportunities and exceed business objectives and key results. You will lead in providing insights, forecasts and recommendations into the UK business, in collaboration with Corp Area partners, and simplify where possible without compromising outcomes.
* Coaching for KPI Performance and Business Transformation - You will build relationships with the CSU Leaders and Managers and Corp teams to execute key priorities; identify and influence managers to be effective coaches to their teams on Unified consumption and delivery fundamentals. You will coach teams on initiatives to transform capabilities, efficiencies,habits, and consumption process and/or customer engagement processes.
* Driving Consumption and Delivery Processes Discipline- You will ensure CSU Managers are running disciplined Unified consumption and delivery excellence operational reviews and performance/demand planning, and collaborate on best practices, insights, and available programs to minimize Unified consumption anddelivery risks. You will coach to hold CSU managers accountable for KPI performance and improvement/ future consumption and delivery planning.
* Strategic Guidance and Planning - You will guide the CSU Leadership on current and forward-looking Unified consumption and delivery planning; collaborate to define how the segment will achieve its goals; oversee planning subcomponents (e.g., programs, delivery capacity, quota feasibility, role changes, past and current business insights) and integrate into the planning across all the support segment(s)/regions(s).

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting.
Data ExperienceExperience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
Stakeholder Management Experience
Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Project / Change Management Experience
Experience managingprojects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience
