A BRAND NEW opportunity for an Cyber Security Account Manager.
As the Cyber Security Account Manager you will be working within their successful Cyber Security team, you will predominantly be responsible for managing and building relationships within an active account base. These will be some of our most important customers and so you must be highly skilled in both managing complex accounts and cyber security services/solutions.
You will be introducing our portfolio of security products and servicesto generate new opportunities, identify customer needs, selecting the right solution and presenting in a detailed proposal and/or presentation. You will be closely supported by an excellent pre-sales function and admin support.
Responsibilities of the Cyber Security Account Manager
* Managing up to 100 of our most important accounts.
* Generate new opportunities and salesthrough upselling/cross selling into a trading customer base, arranging meetings, qualifying appointments, and sourcing the bestsolutions.
* Deliver proactive account management with strong focus on the retention and growth of allocated accounts.
* Develop your allocated customer base by generating new business opportunities from proactive prospecting, referrals and networkingopportunities.
* Identify up selling or cross selling opportunities, focusing on monthly recurring revenue services within allocated account workload.
* Lead new customers in their Cyber Security strategy and promote our full portfolio of products andservices.
* You will be experienced in writing detailed proposals and able to present to and close with an excellent conversion rate.
* Attain sales and retention targets, as set out within annual target.
* Achieving KPI's, regularly and accuratelyforecasting sales and opportunities to your line manager.
Cyber Security Account Manager Requirements
