Description:
The RoleMy client, a large, internationally recognised Insurance Group is seeking and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to jointheir team in Dublin 22. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the execution, optimisation, management, measurement, and reporting of all digital campaigns. You must lead and manage all paid, organic, and owned media channels to expand reach and drive pipeline for sales to achieve company revenue and growthgoals for the business and associated brands.
Tasks & Duties
* Work with and report to Head of Marketing Ireland to understand Marketing plans and financial goals for the business and its associated brands.
* Work with and report to Headof Digital and be fully integrated to the businesses wider digital team to optimise success for all digital activity.
* Workwith business stakeholders to plan, create and manage all PPC, paid social and SEO campaigns to drive improved lead generation for the Howden Insurance Ireland and its associated
* Work with your marketing team colleagues to create optimised TTL campaigns to produce, highly optimised content and creative assets focusing on relevant search terms.
* Continual optimisation of PPCcampaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, cost per acquisition, audience targeting and budget controls.
* Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy and web pages to increase account
* Monitor, analyse, report and act on data to improveacquisition, engagement, and conversion
* Collaborate regularly with the Group Marketing team and business stakeholders to keep up to date with SEO & PPC best practices and standards to drive digital strategy in the Ireland business.
* Represent the marketing team to produce and present reports on digital PPC and SEO activity to internal stakeholders to demonstrate ROI effectiveness.
* Liaise with our IT, web development team and agencies as
* Work alongside the digital team relating to digitalstrategy for all brands associated with the businesses websites.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and make onsite changes to improve the reach and visibility of the company on all digital channels to drive increased traffic to PPC campaigns.
* Support with website content change requests and updates, ensuring full optimisation (tagging, meta descriptions, linksetc).

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related degree.
* 3-5 years' professional experience in executing and managing digital marketing activities and
* initiatives spanning SEO, PPC and paid social. Web and CMS experience is beneficial.
* Advanced knowledge of the Google Ads platform is essential.
* Experience with data and analytical tools including Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
* Knowledge of CMS tools is required.* Strong digital data analysis, reporting experience and a solid understanding of success metrics and
* KPI's.
* Experiencewithin the financial services sector, and in particular insurance, would be advantageous but is not essential.
