The Role
My client,a large, internationally recognised Insurance Group is seeking and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Dublin 22. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the execution, optimisation, management, measurement, and reporting of all digital campaigns. You must lead and manage all paid,organic, and owned media channels to expand reach and drive pipeline for sales to achieve company revenue and growth goals for the business and associated brands.
Tasks & Duties
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Ireland to understandand align with marketing plans and financial goals for the business and its affiliated brands.
* Integrate with the Head of Digital and the wider digital team to optimise success across all digital activities for the business and its associated brands.* Plan, create, and manage all PPC, paid social, and SEO campaigns in collaboration with business stakeholders to enhance leadgeneration.
* Create optimised TTL campaigns with marketing team colleagues, focusing on relevant search terms and highly optimised content.
* Continuously optimise PPC campaign components, including keyword strategy, ad copy, cost per acquisition, audience targeting, and budget management.
* Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and web pages to improve account performance.
* Monitor, analyse, report, and act on data to enhance acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates, while collaborating regularly with the Group Marketing team and business stakeholders to stay updated on SEO & PPC best practices and drive digital strategy in the Ireland business.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* 3-5 years' professional experience in executing and managing digital marketing activities and initiatives spanning SEO, PPC and paid social is essential.
*Extensive and demonstrable PPC experience is essential.
* Experience with data and analytical tools including Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Google Search Console is essential.
* 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related degree.
* Advanced knowledge of the Google Ads platform is essential.
* Knowledgeof CMS tools is required.
* Strong digital data analysis, reporting experience and a solid understanding of success metrics and KPI's.
* Experience within the financial services sector, and in particular insurance, would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Team player with a collaborative approach.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
