THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're recruiting on behalf of highly successful business that has achieved significant growth over the last 3 years and is in a particularly strong financial position to continue to expand their operation.
As a result, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team to be involved in the execution of their multi-channel digital strategy, utilising channels such as; Email Marketing, Organic Social Media, Content Marketing, and more.
You'll receive clear direction and support to succeed in your role but to also take promotional steps as you grow with the business. They have an excellent rewards scheme which includes access to regular incentives (Such as a European Company Holiday), team lunches and more.

THE DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across; email marketing, social media, content marketing, website, marketing automation and visual display screen content
*Creating and executing the monthly email marketing calendar for both B2B and B2C campaigns
* Using Hootsuite to manage multiple Social Media accounts including; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
* Responsible for the independent management ofmultiple marketing projects
* Updating the Brand guidelines and ensuring use business wide across all channels
* Using the Content Management System to update and maintain the website
* Copywriting to be utilised across all channels and ensuring thatthis incorporate target key words where applicable
* Using Adobe InDesign and some Photoshop to create content, collateral and social posts
* Proactively seeking out industry awards ceremonies and completing online applications to increase brand awareness
THE PERSON:
Essential
* Currently operating Digital Marketing position with experience of Email Marketing & Organic social media
* Excellent copywriting skills with strong grammar and spelling is essential
* You'll need to have usedAdobe InDesign & Photoshop, along with a good eye for design
* An individual that shares our core values; Respect, Integrity, Passion and Teamwork
Desirable
* Used a CMS / Content Management System to manage websites
* A marketing related degree or CIM qualification would be an advantage but is by no means an essential factor
