The Role
Digital MarketingManager required for a well-established company within the Tech & Entertainment sector which is now expanding in Gibraltar.The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute our clients Global digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and have experience creating and executing successful online campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing
*
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, affiliatesand search engines
*
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
*
Manage the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant marketing content, including website updates, blog posts, and email campaigns
*
Oversee the day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and optimization for maximum return on investment
*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals and objectives
*
Stay up-to-date with thelatest industry trends and technologies and incorporate new ideas into the marketing strategy
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
*
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
*
3+ years of experience in online marketing and experience leading cross-functional teams
*
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to reflect marketing decisions
*
Proven experience executing successful online campaigns across multiple channels
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques, such as email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising
*
Quarterly reports directly to the CEO.
