THE ECOMMERCE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are supporting a rapidly growing, industry leading manufacturer and retailer who due to continued success in 2021 are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join their passionate and growing team. As an Ecommerce Manager you will be overseeingthe Ecommerce sites including SEO and PPC.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an Ecommerce Manager / EcommerceExecutive / Ecommerce Administrator / Ecommerce Coordinator background who is experienced in SEO and PPC and is looking to joina well-established, rewarding and growing business and an exciting time of expansion.
THE ECOMMERCE MANAGER ROLE:
* Managing the Ecommerce sites on a Shopify platform
* Looking for ways to improve the ecommerce sites and sales performance
* Constantly improving customer experience
* Managing relationships with Marketing Agencies
* Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent content across all channels
* Using analytics to improve the performance of the sites
* Managing SEO and PPC
* Conducting A/B testing
* Dealing with customer enquiries, orders and working with the scheduling team toexecute these

* Overseeing the eCommerce websites, looking for new ways to improve performance and enhance experiences.
* Responsible for management of the eCommerce platform development, support, and user experience
* Responsible for managing 3rd party supplier relationships including development agencies, marketing agencies and infrastructure.
* Work closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, and devising strategies to increase the customer base.
* Utilising analytics to improve performance.
* Overseeing sales from the B2C website, reporting on and explaining performance, building and adapting a plan to deliver
* Understanding completely the customer personas and their journeys through the website, continuously making suggestions on how to make the journey better and to improve online conversions.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC)
* Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tool
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE ECOMMERCE MANAGER:
* Experience within an Ecommerce Manager / Ecommerce Executive/ Ecommerce Administrator / Ecommerce Coordinator role
* Excellent knowledge of SEO and PPS
* Experience using Shopify
* Confident to manage a vast Ecommerce site
* Proven track record of improving performance of a similar site
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
