* Up to £41,600 per annum
* Initial temporary contract until June 2024 but subject to budget and performance could extend to a full 18 months
* 100% Remote based role so can be anywhere in the UK (UK only)
Working for a global Gaming Company we are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Assistant to join the EMEA Team.
This Social Mediarole involves a multi-channel marketing role for an empathetic marketer who can engage colleagues, retail partners and consumers.

Responsibilities
Your overall objective of the Social Media Assistantis to deliver Marketing goals for the brand while fulfilling the wider business mission to give consumers a meaningful experience that generates real loyalty.
Across all campaigns you aim to grow the fan base and attract new audiences by engagingkey influencers and content creators on leading streaming services.
* Support the overall EMEA Social Media functionto deliver best-in-class social media and community marketing including the EMEA Social Media Lead, local EMEA market IntegratedMarketing Managers, and the local EMEA Social Media teams and agencies
* Interface with the International Social Media Team and Global Social Media team to drive communication, consistency, efficiency, and creativity
* Develop & execute IntegratedMarcom & Social Media plans that drive key business metrics for the Portfolio
* Strengthening the brand by planning andexecuting thoughtful and impactful marketing that delivers great customer experience. In doing so you focus on driving purchaseintent, conversion, post-purchase advocacy and consumer lifetime value for devices, content, accessories, and services
* Workeffectively with our social media agencies of record to ensure quality work is delivered on time and to budget
* Oversee rollout and execution of cross campaign integration
* Drive key consumer facing messaging and copy and identity assets that can beused consistently across all integrated marketing channels
* Lead the execution of key campaign documents, including authoringthe integrated marketing plan, campaign creative briefs, etc.
* Partner with teams across multiple markets and regions to deliver relevant, timely and localized content optimized for local audiences
* Evaluate data, report results, and deliver insights back to the business in a way that benefits the Social Media team and the wider teams we engage with

If so, this could be the role for you, but you also need to demonstrate some further attributes:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketingor related field, or related experience.
* Sufficient experience in consumer Gaming industry, Social Media, Programming, orDigital Marketing.
* Outstanding creativity and ability to develop cutting edge Marketing Plans
* Experience of planning and executing Social Media plans, marketing strategies, and activities that drive Marketing results;
* Able to thrive within a fast-paced environment while representing your business in front of partners and stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the business.
