£35,000 - £42,000 + 1ST YEAR OTE 55-60K + CAR + LAPTOP + PHONETHE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client, a leading Outsource company in Financial Management Services are recruiting for an additional Field Sales Executive to join their expanding UK Sales Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, confident FieldSales Executive to join an international company with fantastic support structures with a leader in the sector.
This is a isa home/ field-based role covering the Midlands and North West area - included in this package is a company car for travel. Excellent training and continued personal development is guaranteed with this role.
The purpose of the Field Sales Executive is todevelop and actively manage their pipeline of sales to convert new business, delivering a high level of service attaining customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Covering the Midlands to North West area, developing new business leads via cold calling, referrals, social media, networking etc
* Develop and actively manage sales pipeline
* Book face to face meetings with prospective clients
* Convert prospective business to new clients
THE PERSON:
* Suitablefor anyone with previous sales experience for an outsourcing business or with previous experience selling into Financial Services and/ or Utilities - essential
* Proven track record of sales managing the full sale cycle from initial lead generation to closing business/ account management
* Driven and determined
* Strong sales & negotiation skills
* Excellent customer service/ care skills.
