FIRE SECURITY SALES MANAGER
NORTH - HOME BASED
UP TO £45,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE £75,000) + COMPANYCAR
Currently supporting my industry leading client with a fantastic opportunity for a Fire Security Sales Manager to take over the North of the UK as a territory, inheriting some hugely successful clients and continuing to grow and expand the client network in your area.
You will be a key part of my client's highly successful sales team and would be joining them at an exciting period of growth and expansion due to a hugely profitable period over the last few years. This is a fantastic opportunity fora driven individual from a Sales / Business Development / New Business / Account Manager / BDM / Area Manager background withinFire Security to join a reputable and rewarding business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Finding new customers and constantly expanding the business.
* Monitoring sales data and current market trends and customer needs.
* First class consultative sales skills.
* Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
* Monitor sales for each account
* Identify and create a strong loyalrelationship with all decision makers.
* Aware of applicable company KPIs and business plan.
* Be aware of all competitiveactivities within major accounts.
* Good disciplined use of CRM.
* Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the businesses products.
* Give pricing information to management and make recommendations.
* Create sales strategies for sales manager/ director to approve.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience within the Fire Security Industry is essential* Working in a similar Sales Executive/ Account Manager / Internal Sales / New Business / Sales Manager / Area Manager / Business Development Manager role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good presentation skills
