HEAD OF PRODUCT MARKETING
HOME BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO PETERBOROUGH ONCE A MONTH
UP TO £125,000 + FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
Get Recruited are proudly supporting a leading HR and Payroll Services provider who are looking for an experienced Head of Product Marketing to join their expanding team. As the Head of Product Marketing you will take ownership for the market strategy for all products and serviced. This will include sales enablement, internal/external strategy and customer communication/messaging.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Product Marketing background who has marketed HR and payroll technology products, with a proven track record of managing new product launchesto join an expanding and rewarding business as they continue to grow and improve their product and service offering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Building relevant collateral such as case studies, talk tracks and testimonials to support sales to new and existing customers
* Working with the sales team to enhance their knowledge around buyers, overcoming objections, solving problems and using the collateral to their advantage
* Alongside the wider marketing team, develop the messaging and campaigns to support new product launches with a focus on ROI
* Building product messaging that resonates with target buyers and is unique inthe market
* Become an expert on prospective buyers, who they are, what they're looking for and their key buying criteria in order to create the most relevant marketing material
* Be an expert on market competitors, how they are positioned and their product offerings
* Day to day management of the Product Marketing Manager
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Experience as a Head of Product Marketing / Head of Portfolio Marketing / Product Marketing Director / Portfolio Marketing Director
* Worked within the HR and Payroll technology space
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to present to large groups
* Able to write engaging content and copy to tell the story of products for multi-channel campaigns
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Excel.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
