FRS Recruitment is delighted to be partner with a Dublin based provider of work wear and corporate wear to the public and private sector, seeking to put in place a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to grow the sales team and drive our growth strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.* Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clientsand stakeholders.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
* Collaborate with other departments toensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and manage sales budgets, margins and forecasts.
Requirements:
* 8-10 years Proven experience in a similar senior sales leadership role - ESSENTIAL
* Strong industry knowledge of Work wear, Corporate Wear, PPE - ESSENTIAL
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related
* Demonstrated ability todrive sales growth and exceed targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
* Experience with CRM software andsales analytics tools.
