We're proud to be exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding business based in London who are lookingfor a driven and ambitious Hubspot CRM Manager to join them and support them on their Implementation of Hubspot and the ongoingusage of Hubspot across the business! THE HUBSPOT CRM MANAGER ROLE:
* Support the marketing team with campaign building and sending to drive customer acquisition across our product portfolio.
* Create and manage membership engagement campaigns and workflows
* End-to-end emailtesting for link accuracy, legal compliance, mobile optimisation & deliverability
* Manage campaign segmentation and dataselection
* Support with ongoing email campaign improvement through testing and email best practice
* Setting up automationsystems to support lead nurturing through the funnel
* Own, manage and maintain customer and prospect data in the CRM system,and work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Analyse customer and lead data and behaviour to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing and communication strategies
* Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy
* Ongoing management of data imports, cleansing, duplication, data enrichment, list management and data compliance
* Create and maintain a data hygiene policy ensuring procedures are followed
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and workflows and make recommendations for improvement based on data and analysis
* Ongoing development of a suite of reports for marketing, sales and operations
* Ongoing support and management of the Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Operations Hub
* Ongoing support and training to the sales, marketing and operations teams
THE PERSON* CRM development experience, must have strong experience of work with CRMs
* Previous experience of implementing HubSpotSales Hub and HubSpot Marketing Hub
* Previous experience of working with large data sets and migrating data across CRMs
*Pro-active, able to show initiative and to drive activity within deadlines.
* Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
* Well organised,with experience of working to tight deadlines.
