* Internal CommunicationsProject Manager - Global Tech Co.
* Up to £280 per day PAYE
* Fixed contract role until 30th June 2024
* Working pattern is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm but flexibility for ad hoc US calls is needed
* Remote based position with travel to London or Reading once a month



Working for a Global Technology Company we are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Communications Project Manager to join our team as a contractor for a fixed term position from February/March to end of June 2024.You will be the key co-ordinator for the Partner of the Year awards in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), working asthe point of contact with the global teams in the US as well as across EMEA regions (including UK, France, Germany, Western Europe, Netherlands, Switzerland, Central Europe, South East Europe, Middle East and Africa).



This role is pivotal in ensuring each region runs the comms, shortlisting, judging effectively and providing support as required by each of the key stakeholders in each area. The role will include creating executive summaries and providing data to support all of the entries.



Responsibilities:

* Manage the communication and coordination of the Partner of the Year awards across EMEA regions
* Liaise with the global teams in the US and the regional teams in EMEA to ensure alignment and consistency
* Provide guidance and support to the regional stakeholders on the comms, shortlisting, judging processes and best practices
* Create executive summaries for all of the entries and ensure they are submitted on time and with high quality
* Support with localised communicationsincluding liaising with partners where needed
* Monitor and report on the progress and status of the awards in each region* Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
* Ensure the project is delivered on timeTop Hard Skills Required

* Excellent communication, presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* AdaptabilityJob qualifications:

* Ideally have B2B experience and understanding of an awards process
* Have proven experience working across multiple geographies and cultures
* Be comfortable working, communicating with and influencing senior stakeholdersin each of these areas
* Be a highly confident and excellent communicator - English fluency is a must
* Be highly organised, self- sufficient and be comfortable in complex situations
* Be a solution finder and highly adaptable
