Due to continued success they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead their team through the next phase of expansion and success. In this exciting and varied role, you will lead the product and brand direction for a portfolio aimed at professional trades people and retailers.

THE ROLE:
* Develop and execute product strategies that align with thecompany's overall business objectives.
* Conduct market research and analyse customer needs to identify opportunities for newproducts and product enhancements.
* To agree brand & margin targets and to achieve them within agreed budgets.
* Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product portfolio.
* To accurately and effectively manage the product data.
* To develop channel and promotional strategies with sales management and to ensure that product presentation,merchandising, POS material and promotions are appropriate.
* Utilising the full marketing mix to drive brand awareness and sales growth among targeted customer groups.
THE PERSON:
* This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is an experienced Project Manager/Junior Product Executive/Product Marketing Manager.
* Proven track record of developing successful productstrategies and launching new products.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
* Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel.
