Key Account Manager
* Responsible for managing retail head of accounts in store and online.
* Serve as the lead point of contactfor all head office clients, building, nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships.
* Manage and grow several key retail accounts, delivering agreed plans both in store and online
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, reaching revenue goals.
* Continuously maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through quarterly face to face meetings
*Work cross functionally with the purchasing and graphic design team to ensure clients specific needs are looked after end to end* Ensure all customers have marketing and launch assets, promotional asset forms and sufficient stocks at all times
Experience
* Previous working experience as Key Account leader, especially within the FMCG and or DIY sector would be an advantage
* Commercially minded with a proven track record in key account management
* Customer focused with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer solutions
* Ability to analyse, interpret and apply sales data to make better business decisions.
* Excellent communication skills / Good analytical skills
* IT Literate
* Full clean drivers' licence
