LUXURY SALES COORDINATOR
LONDON - MAYFAIR
UP TO £40,000 BASIC SALARY + FANTASTIC CAREERPROGRESSION + DEVELOPMENT
Get Recruited are currently working with an ambitious and growing business based in Mayfair who arelooking for a driven and experienced Luxury Sales Coordinator to join their team. Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for someone from a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, Sales Development Representative, Telesales Executive, Account Manager, Client Liaison or similar background to join a highly reputable business, who are fast becoming an industry leader in their field.
As a Luxury Sales Coordinator you will be working with clients who are mainly high net worth individuals, coordinating between them and internal teams such as sales and finance to ensure their queries are answered and they get a first class service. You will be prioritising a busy workload and liaising with internal and external stakeholders regularly. THE ROLE:
* Keeping clients up to date on market performance and their portfolios
* Ensuring products are listened online and on third party platforms
* Working alongside the Data Analyst to create reports for clients and directors* Working closely with the logistics, sales and accounts teams to keep clients up to date with the status of purchases, sales and deliveries
* Building strong relationships with clients to give them the best product information which is relevant to them* Providing detailed and accurate quotations to clients
* Keeping internal systems up to date at all times
* Sending invoices and relevant paperwork to clients
THE PERSON:
* Experience within a sales consultant, sales coordination, account management, sales executive, telesales executive or similar role
* Confident to work in a heavily phone based role
* Able to liaise with high net worth individuals and senior stakeholders confidently
* Excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face
* Able to manage a busy and demanding workload
