THE COMPANY:
We're exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding business in Nottingham who is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Assistant/ Social Media Assistant to join their team.
As a Marketing Assistant / Social Media Assistant, you'll be reporting to theHead of Marketing and will be working closely with the HR team to raise the profile of the company brand through the use of Digital Marketing tools, Social Media, Creating Engaging Video Content and Written Content.
Your role will be to deliver an effective brand marketing strategy to make the business stand out from the crowd of hiring businesses, making them the business of choice for talent to join.

THEMARKETING ASSISTANT / SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT ROLE:
* Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be working closely with theHR team to build a brand marketing strategy to engage with talent using a variety of marketing channels including online and offline.
* Building brand awareness to digital platforms using Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin
* Creating eye catching contentincluding fun videos to be used across all social channels
* Storyboarding, scripting, filming and editing videos for a rangeof channels including longer content for website and snappy content for Instagram/TikTok
* Proficient in English, you'll writecopy for a range of channels from social media to website and blogs, job descriptions, press releases and more
* Managing a budget for communication campaigns
* Establishing relationships with universities and other organisations to collaborate on marketing activities
THE PERSON:
* Must have commercial experience within a digital marketing or social media position
* Educated to degree level, ideally within Marketing
* Excellent experience of organic Social Media, ideally TikTok, Insta and LinkedIn
* A highly creative individual who is able to come up with content ideas
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Able to use the Adobe Creative Suite
* Any experience of video editing / creation would be a significant advantage
