The Role
My client, one of Ireland's leading footwear retailers is urgently seeking a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join their team based in Roscommon. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid option available after training. Candidates must have a full clean driver's license with access to their own vehicle as travel is required for this position.
As the Marketing & Digital Coordinator you will be responsible for the implementation of all digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels including strategies that will drive in-store footfall.
Tasks & Duties
* Coordinatemarketing efforts with 16 store managers, ensuring alignment with store needs through regular visits.
* Manage creation and scheduling of social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using scheduling tools like LATER.
* Monitor online channels daily, actively engaging with audiences by posting, responding to comments, and re-sharing relevant content.
* Developdigital media assets supporting the overarching marketing communications plan.
* Collaborate with suppliers/brands to executeindustry-leading campaigns in-store and online.
* Create and schedule email/SMS campaigns based on a predefined customer contact strategy.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and third-party agencies including design, PR, and digital agencies.
* Assist in strategy creation to enhance sales both in-store and online, including designing marketing materials, craftinga clear marketing strategy, content calendar, and providing graphic design support for the website. Additionally, maintain communication with store managers regarding new marketing strategies.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* ThirdLevel Marketing or Digital Qualification
* 1+ years' experience in a Digital Marketing Role
* Proficient in executing compelling social media campaigns with high engagement rates.
* Familiarity with Klaviyo for marketing purposes - essential.
* Skilled in using Canva or equivalent graphic design tools - essential.
* Demonstrates outstanding organisational abilities withmeticulous attention to detail.
* Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and meeting strict deadlines.
* Previous experience in either B2B or retail sectors.
* A full clean license and own vehicle is essential to this role.
* Candidates must currently reside locally with full working rights.
