THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're proud to be working with a well-established and growing reputable business based in Elland who have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team as they continue to expand. As a Marketing Executive, you will lead a small team and oversee the execution of the multi-channel marketing strategy, while planning, promoting and delivering the events.

THE ROLE:
* Day to day management of the Marketing Executive and taking ownership for their learning and development.
* Ensuring all content created internally and externally aligns to brand guidelines and values.
* Analysing all marketing activity to establish successes and areas of improvement.
* Keeping up to date on trends in the industry to continuously improve the strategy.
* Working with leadership to develop the company brand and product brands.
* Take ownership of the marketing planner and event schedule.
* Attending and assist with events and exhibitions.
THE PERSON:
* Must have current experience within a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive / Head of Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Head of Digital Marketing or similar role.
* Confident to manage internal colleagues.
* Experience creating and executing a marketing strategy for multi-channel activity across digital and offline.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Able to bring new and creative ideas to further expand the brand and business.* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Creative packages
