Overview of theMarketing Manager:
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Specialist who will use their hands on experience to developcontent and campaigns that focus on sales enablement and drives our clients growth. The content that you develop will successfully capture, represent and develop our clients brand as the disruptive, innovative and quality offering in the market.
With acreative mind and exceptional communication skills, you will enable our clients brand identity and associated messaging, accelerating our content production and its delivery. You can turn creative ideas into effective marketing projects and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to fully understand our clients and our offer.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
*Working with the senior management team on positioning the company service and solution offerings and delivering content to enable sales
* Create a wide variety of campaign content (blogs, research reports, case studies, email campaigns and videos) to drive awareness of our business offering and prospects
* Propose and implement an engaging web presence for the business that projects the brand through compelling content. This includes the development and maintenance of the website, ensuring that it holdscompelling content that attracts and converts business
* Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation andexecution. This could include writing content, such as case studies, management of social media, event attendance and speakingengagements
* Ensuring the brand and tone of voice are clear and consistent across platforms and materials, both internally andexternally
* Propose and implement ways to measure the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns to constantly improve the success of marketing
* Working with the HR team, enable compelling internal messaging and collateral to ensure that what is projected externally is 'lived' within the business
Ideal Background:
* You will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent inan associated marketing field
* Proven experience as an in-house Marketing Specialist or equivalent
* Project Management Experience
* Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and automation tools such as MailChimp, Hubspot, Hootsuite and particularly LinkedIn
* Experience with website tools such as WordPress and Google Analytics
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including in copy-writing and an ability to maintain a consistent message across a range of platforms such as socialmedia, emails and landing pages
* Experience working within organisation's going through rapid growth or change
