My Client a leading and fast-growing company, with their head office based in Witney, Oxford.
They are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be a big part of the growth of the head office team.
You will need to be someone who enjoys a varied role and is happy to react positively when it is occasionally 'all hands-on deck' to get the job done.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Directors, and the Design team will reportto the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels to drive leadgeneration and manage marketing output for the Company.
* Report to the Directors of the business, volunteer ideas and solutions to drive Company marketing opportunities.
* Be responsible for the output of the Design team, ensure work is completed tothe high standards required, in a timely manner.
* Manage client promotional plans to ensure that we meet various, set deadlines.
* Lead the content development for social channels to ensure that it is effective and relevant.
* Manage the developmentof POS and merchandising material to support the brand.
* Work closely with the design team to ensure that all marketing material is on brand and effective in not only driving sales but building brand equity.
* Communicate with the Directors and relevant department heads to ensure that everyone is aware of all material available and all promotions that are live, on an on-goingbasis.
* Oversee and supply content for external agencies and publications.
* Keep ahead of the competitors by reviewing their marketing materials/blogs and promotions.
* Manage external agencies/suppliers as and when required.
* Contribute to thesuccessful fulfilment of the long-term plans to ensure the company's brand stays differentiated in the market.
Skills:
*Three or more years of experience in marketing
* Marketing manager role experience
* Experience of using data to drive marketing campaigns and activity
* Proactive and able to influence people at all levels in the organisation
* Experience in creating and executing marketing and sales campaigns
* Excellent digital marketing and social media skills and knowledge
* Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive andable to influence people at all levels in the organisation
* Numerate with the ability to analyse and present information
*Creative thinker, looking for engaging ways to meet objectives
* Proactive and able to influence people at all levels in theorganisation
* Ability to monitor and evaluate marketing output and digital campaigns
