This is a BRAND NEW Marketing Manager position with a growing Technology business.
An established and growing technology business, who adopt a proven methodology and a best practice consultative approach to business, are actively looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. You willbe based in or commutable to central London.
Marketing Manager Job Purpose
As a key member of our Marketing team, you willbe responsible for the development of our inbound / content marketing strategy, the implementation of multi-channel, multi touch campaigns, and the development of the digital content (with 3rd party support).
The role includes overseeing the day to daymarketing activities and working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver, implement and optimise campaigns and analyse performance metrics to identify improvements. This role includes managing a Marketing Executive who will support on the overall digital strategy as well as executing.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
* Provide guidance and management ofthe UK Marketing team
* Ensure all staff have quarterly objectives set and are supported in achieving them
* Responsible forthe digital marketing strategy
* Playing a key role in planning and managing budgetary control of all UK marketing spend
*Responsible for creating and customising campaigns
* Planning and developing effective nurture campaigns
* Maximising the use and effectiveness of marketing automation platforms and other tools
* Analyse and provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports
* Implement, analyse, and optimise organic and paid search engine marketing activities* Build out customer journeys and nurture programs with view to increasing leads and conversions across the company website
*Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
* Using a range of tacticsand channels relevant to target audience when building campaign plans
* Help develop / coordinate / write copy for all marketing collateral
* Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget
* Undertaking detailed and ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met and future campaigns are optimized
* Work with sales teams to facilitate sales enablement activities and to roll out campaign information
