A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a growing Tech company.
To capitalise on continued growth, the business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work alongside the existing sales management & marketing function to oversee, manage& be responsible for the day to day running of our overall marketing function including activities such as major marketing campaigns, management of exhibitions, SEO functions, management of social media, website management enhancements & improvements, and general marketing activities that should all lead to new business acquisition.
Responsible for managing the company'sentire marketing output, as well as overseeing the ongoing enhancement and management of all promotional materials and campaigns & report associated results to management on a regular basis. Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
* To establish and prioritise marketing goals in line with companytargets & objectives
* To oversee current offerings with a view to improvements/enhancements
* To evaluate all current sales proposals, quotations, presentations & brochure documentation
* To evaluate and oversee company brand management
*To develop detailed marketing plans for all platforms and media channels
* To track all marketing data to effectively report on wins and successes
* Ongoing management and enhance/improve the company website
* Ongoing management and enhance existingemail database function
* Line management of the Marketing Coordinator
* To further expand the reach of the business acrossall existing social medial channels
* To manage company representation at key trade shows throughout the year
* To negotiatewith and manage any existing partner agencies
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you may be expected to perform different tasks as necessary to meet the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Marketing Manager Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Successful track record of running marketing campaigns, evaluating brand output, and managing future improvement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels
* Ability to prioritise own workload
* Experience with CRM software and lead optimisation
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficient in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office
* Experience of creating and managing budgets
* Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
