GREENWICH (HYBRID)

THE COMPANY:
We're proud to be working with a well-established and growing business based in Greenwich who have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team as they continue to expand. As a Marketing Manager you will lead a small team, manage agency relationships, create and execute the marketing strategy whilst remaininghands-on with content and campaign creation.

THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
* Developing the Marketing & Communications strategy
*Reviewing the performance of the strategy to make improvements where needed
* Leading the marketing team including internal colleagues and agencies to deliver the marketing strategy and calendar
* Overseeing the marketing activity across all channels including social media, website, email campaigns, webinars, SEO etc
* Analysing all marketing activity to establish successes and areas of improvement
* Overseeing the SEEO strategy, implementation and analysis
* Preparing content and submissions forawards entries
* Working closely alongside other colleagues including sales to create content where needed and to continuouslyimprove the customer journey
* Performing regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
* Ensuring all content created internally and externally is on brand and conveys the correct message and information in an engaging way
THE PERSON:
* Must have current experience within a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive / Head of Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Head of Digital Marketing or similar role
* Ability to manage marketing//PR agencies and internal colleagues
* Experience/knowledge of European markets
* Experience creating and executing a marketing strategy for multi-channel activity
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Able to bring new and creative ideas to further expand the brand and business
* Confident to expand the internal marketing team
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Creative packages
* Confident to create multi-channel content
