LEEDS (1 DAY A WEEK FROM HOME)

THE COMPANY:
We're proud to be working with a well-established and growing retail business based in Leeds who have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team as they continue to expand. As a Marketing Manager you will lead a small team, manage agency relationships and oversee the execution of the multi-channel marketingstrategy, remaining hands-on with content and campaign creation.

THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
* Managing a small team and external agencies to executive a multi-channel marketing strategy and campaigns across Social Media, Website, Email, Paid Search, SEO, Press, Print, TV, Radio and more
* Reviewing the performance of campaigns to make improvements where needed
* Ensuring all content created internally and externally aligns to brand guidelines and values
* Analysing all marketingactivity to establish successes and areas of improvement
* Overseeing the SEO strategy, implementation and analysis
* Creating content and collateral for campaigns alongside the Marketing Executives
* Briefing the media agencies and managing their projects and delivery
* Keeping up to date on trends in the industry to continuously improve the strategy
* Day to day management of the Marketing Executives and taking ownership for their learning and development
THE PERSON:
* Must have current experience within a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive / Head of Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Head of Digital Marketing or similar role
* Ability to manage marketing/PR agencies and internal colleagues
* Experience creating and executing a marketing strategy for multi-channel activity across digital and offline
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Able to bring new and creative ideas to further expand the brand and business
* Confident to expand the internal marketing team
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Creative packages
*Confident to create multi-channel content
