As Marketing Manager you will report directly to the MD and me managing a team or marketing and product development professionals with opportunity to progress into a board-level role. THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
* Managing the full multi-channel marketing mix including new product development, website, social media and trade marketing
* Working closely with the Sales Director to deliver an suitable offering to target clients
* Creating and implementing the company's marketing strategy
* Developing the brand portfolio and product rangesaswell as effective trade marketing solutions
* Managing the marketing function and team to deliver the strategy in budget* Ensuring the marketing activity successfully supports the sales team and profitability
* Researching and developing new marketing opportunities including new brands and new platforms
* Constantly driving for improvement in performance and ways of working across the marketing function
* Lead, develop and inspire the marketing team
* Driving buy in on new products from internal stakeholders
* Regularly analysing the marketing activity and campaigns to feed into the development and improvement of the marketing plan and strategy
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Lead or similar
* Track record in Product Management and Product based marketing
* Have experience inbuilding and delivering up[on a marketing strategy
* Strong data analysis and forecasting skills
* Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales principles
* Excellent communicator and confident to influence senior internal stakeholders
