FULLY REMOTE - UK BASED

This is a great opportunity for someone from a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Head of Marketing or similar role
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in successful campaigns that show significant B2C sales growth.
* Passionate and strategic marketer
* Strong understanding of B2C sales marketing
* Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
* Proficiency in using marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing platforms, etc.)
* Ability to workcross-functionally, collaborate with diverse teams, and engage external partners effectively.
* Empathy, creativity, and a commitment to raising awareness
THE ROLE:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer engagement and sales growth* Identify target segments, analyse consumer behaviours, and create tailored campaigns to increase brand presence and sales.* Track, measure, and optimise the performance of sales initiatives to ensure growth and ROI.
* Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content across various platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, etc.)
* Increase brand visibility by identifying strategic partnerships and alliances with advocacy groups, influencers, and organisations.
* Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and long-term brand goals.
* Leverage analyticstools to assess campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimise future strategies.
* Use insights to shape marketing strategies and continuously innovate to meet consumer expectations.
