As a Paid Social Specialist you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing client´s paid acquisition strategies. Social strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will be crucial in achieving our business goals and objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
*
Highly proficient with the execution and creation of Facebook / Twitter / TikTok campaigns.
*
The ability to clearly demonstrate and communicate marketing strategies to clients.
*
Delivery of "best in class'" media strategy for our clients.
*
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
*
Thorough understanding of how to measure ROI within the marketing mix.
*
Deliver recommendations and plans for the most effective use of client's marketing budgets.
*
Highly proficient with Google Analytics 4.
*
Day-to-day execution of TagManagement platforms.
*
Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
*
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
*
2 year of experience as a Paid Social Specialist.
*
Expert knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and attribution modelling.
*
Expert knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
*
Interest in becoming more knowledgeable across the entire marketing mix
*
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
*
Criticalthinker and problem-solving skills
*
Team player
*
Good time-management skills
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
