Key Skills:
* Proven expertise in UX design, AB testing, and CRO.
* Technical SEO proficiency
* CMSexperience, preferably Umbraco.
* Familiarity with analytical tools such as SEMrush and GA4.
* Successful track record in implementing effective website marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough website performance analysis fordata-driven enhancements.
* Drive UX improvements through collaboration with UX designers and developers.
* Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise user journeys and conversion paths.
* Utilise technical SEO knowledge for enhanced website visibility and ranking.
* Analyse and interpret data from analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategies with broader marketing objectives.
