Based in Redditch, you will work on-site up to 2 days per week, managing procurement categories to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing. Your expertise will be crucial in driving value and improving procurement processes within the healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage specific procurement categories, ensuring compliance and value for money.
* Develop and implement category strategies aligned with NHS guidelines.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
* Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in procurement, ideally within theNHS or public sector.
* Strong understanding of procurement regulations and best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work on-site in Redditch up to 2 days per week
