** Product Marketing - IT Hardware Repair and Warranty
* £50,000 - £58,500 per annum depending on experience
* Initial temporary contract until June 2024 but 18 month duration available in total
* This is a remote based role with ad-hoc travel toReading and London



Working for one of the biggest tech companies globally we are looking for a Product Marketing professional to join their Commercial Customer Repair Experiences team as an IT Hardware Repair and Warranty Specialist.



In the Customer Repair Experiences and Warranty team, our job is to ensure customers of these IT devices have the best experience nomatter where they are and what they want to achieve. Ultimately, we are focused on ensuring these customers love our devices andchoose to become repeat buyers and advocates.



This role will be in the Commercial Customer Repair Experiences team, which is responsible for partnering with the Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Field Sales and our Partner ecosystem to architect, launch, monetize and manage profitable service offerings and deliver a premium experience across all commercial customer & partner touchpoints that unblocks sales, increases CSAT, and reduces cost to serve.



Youwill be a key stakeholder and contributor to the Devices growth story and accountable for:

* Being the voice of the customers to build and execute regional roadmap of capabilities and projects.
* Proactively identifying, driving, and communicating corrective measures with regional leaders and stakeholder teams that minimize the customer escalations.
* Supporting the development and deployment of Serviceability footprints for our customers to enhance customer experiences
* Supporting Devices presales motion through Hardware Services attach and enabling revenue opportunities.
* Deploying tools and processes to scale in acompliant way.
* Monitoring operational performance that delivers the desired experience.
* Owning regional communications related to pre and post-sales support.
* Owning market requirements and benchmarking to drive and deliver a competitive Services ecosystem.



This position requires cross-group coordination/collaboration, strong communication, program, and project management skills. Overall, this is a role where you'll need to bring your passion, customer obsession, desire to learn, and be prepared to move fast.



The ideal candidate will either come from the Tech or FMCG industries, have strong marketing and analytics experience, have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and have the ability to work independently.It would be a huge advantage if you have an additional language - German, Spanish or Portuguese would be amazing!



Required Qualifications

* 3-5+ years of progressive experience in an operational or project or program management role in Customer Service / Supply Chain / Sales / Product Marketing environment.
* Proven written, presentation, and verbal communications at the senior level.
* Experience working with key stakeholders and leaders.
* 3+ years' experience and exposure to Hardware services.

* Strong organizational skills, excellent execution, and follow through skills.
* Ability toadapt and change with the needs of the organization and business.
* Ability to manage confidentiality without exception demonstrates outstanding judgment.
