PROPERTY SALES EXECUTIVE
 HENDON, BARNET
 £30,000 - £32,000 (OTE £50K )
 THE OPPORTUNITY:
 Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of asuccessful and top quality Housing Developer who are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. 
 You will report into the Head of Sales and assist with successfully selling shared ownership properties whilst providing first class customerservice. 
 This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive, Estate Agent, Property Sales Consultant who want to thrive in their career.
THE ROLE:
 * Maximise profits by the sale of shared ownership new home sales
 * Ensure all prospective and existing buyers are experience exceptional customer service
 * Ensure show homes are maintained to a high standard ensure that adequate on-site and off-site signage is maintained
 * Keep up to date with all associated administration and ensure reports are completed within the deadline
 * Carry out any market research and competitor analysis to ensure knowledge is kept up to date* Promote mortgage arrangements and managing transactions ensuring timely completions
 * Ensure legal and compliance knowledgeis kept up to date at all times
 * Management of CRM system
THE PERSON:
 * Experience dealing with affordable housing orshared ownership properties
 * Excellent customer service skills
 * Ability to negotiate effectively
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Able to work on the weekends (with 2 days off in the week)
