Position Overview: We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Accounting & Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, nurturing relationships with clients, and fosteringa positive candidate experience. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the growth and success of our division while advancing the careers of talented accounting and finance professionals across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract and engagehigh-calibre accounting and finance professionals.

Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with our clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Collaborative Networking: Participate in cooperative meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and brainstorming activities to utilise collective expertise and drive successful outcomes.

Market Insights and Trends: Stay informed about industrytrends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics within the accounting and finance sector in Ireland.

Interview Coordination: Facilitate smooth interview processes between clients and candidates, providing guidance and support to both parties.

Offer Negotiation and Placement: Manage salary negotiations and assist with successful job offer acceptance.

Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a successful recruitment consultant ideally within the accounting and finance sector.
* Knowledge of the Irish job market, industry trends, and relevant skill requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and candidate relationships.
