Description:
Sales Account Executive(Water Treatment)
Eastern & Midlands Region
Responsible for managing and growing industrial client accounts in the water treatment industry, Working closely with industrial clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.
This role requires strong sales and account management skills, as well as technical knowledge in water treatment.
* Clear documentation of contract requirements
* Client satisfaction with Group delivery
* On-time renewal of accounts
*Increase revenue from retained accounts through price increases, cross-sell and up-sell
* Regain lost clients
Requirements* 2+ years of Field Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, ideally with water treatment or related industry experience
* Negotiate contract renewals with accounts
* Respond to ongoing client requests and compliance issues in a timelyand professional manner
* Monitor operational performance and raise any issues with the Delivery team as required
* Monitorfinancial KPIs and take actions with account as required to attempt to ensure remains on budget
* Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify potential reasons for account loss and up / cross-sell opportunities
