THE OPPORTUNITY:
GetRecruited are supporting a rapidly growing business based in the heart of Doncaster who due to continued growth are looking foran experienced Sales Advisor to join their friendly, welcoming and highly successful team.
Working alongside an excellent growing sales team, you will be responsible for making contact with customers to discuss their requirements and set them up a callwith a consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a continuously growing sector and for a business who offer fantastic onboarding and ongoing progression. The role would suit a motivated, dedicated person from a customer facing background such as a contact centre / sales executive / sales advisor / telesales / call centre / customer service role.
THE SALES ADVISOR ROLE:
* Responding to inbound enquiries from new clients and give insight into the company and service
* Speak with potential clients over the phone
* Establishing a background on customers' situations and suitability
* Following up on calls with customers
* Setting up and scheduling calls for customers to speak to consultants
* Keeping accurate and up to date records of all calls
* Liaising with consultants and providing them with a full handover
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:
* Experience within a Call Centre, Contact Centre, Customer Service, Sales Advisor, Sales Consultant, SalesExecutive, Telesales, Business Development or Account Management role is essential
* An interest of working within a fast-paced client facing industry
* Excellent telephone manner
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent customer service/ care skills
* Competent in MS packages and CRM systems advantageous
